Preparing for travel outside the country?
If you’re preparing to make a trip outside the United States for business, pleasure, missionary work, adoption or any other reason, call us to make an appointment or to check the disease risk for your travel destination. We cater to travelers of all ages and ideally, people preparing to travel should call two weeks in advance to make an appointment. But in the event you’ve had to make last minute travel plans, you can still benefit by calling or making an appointment.

The services we provide.
Our clinic is certified to administer all vaccinations, including the Yellow Fever vaccine. Other services include prescribing anti-malarials and providing information on related health issues such as traveler’s diarrhea, jet lag and altitude sickness. Our clinic maintains current information regarding disease risks and epidemic seasons in all geographic areas as provided by the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and World Health Organization. We’ll fax information to physicians and answer questions at the clinic number at no charge.

One of the few travel clinics that’s open Monday-Friday.
Our hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday - Friday and we are located within the Occupational Health Section of Henrico Doctor’s Hospital on Parham. Parking is convenient and free. And the number at our clinic is 747-5627.
