Emergency
From the Main/Emergency Entrance:( Recommended!)
As you turn off of Parham Road, you will see the Emergency Entrance directly in front of you. You may drop off patients under the canopy, then park directly across from the Emergency Entrance.
Inpatient Admissions
From the Main/Emergency Entrance (Recommended!)
As you turn off of Parham Road, you will see the Main Entrance off to your right. You may drop off patients under the canopy, then park directly across from the Main Entrance. As soon as you enter the building, you will find the Inpatient Admitting area. Please register with the receptionist and a member of our admitting staff will be with you as soon as possible.
From the Outpatient Surgery Entrance
Walk through the Outpatient Surgery Department waiting area and turn left at the hallway. Proceed down the long hallway to the intersection. Turn left, and then turn immediately right toward the double doors of the main hospital entrance. Before reaching the doors, you will see the Information Desk on the left. Please register with the receptionist and a member of our admitting staff will be with you as soon as possible.
Outpatient Registration for Ancillary Services
(Radiology, MRI, Endoscopy, Electrocardiogram, Echocardiogram, Vascular Lab and Stress Lab)
From the Main/Emergency Entrance (Recommended)
As you turn off of Parham Road, you will see the Main Entrance off to your right. You may drop off patients under the canopy, then park directly across from the Main Entrance. As soon as you enter the building, you will find the Inpatient Admitting area. Please register with the receptionist and a member of our admitting staff will be with you as soon as possible. You will be personally escorted to the appropriate diagnostic area by one of our volunteers.
From the Outpatient Surgery Entrance
Walk through the emergency department waiting area and turn left at the hallway. Proceed down the long hallway to the intersection. Turn left and then turn right immediately toward the double doors of the Main/Emergency Entrance. Before reaching the doors, the Information Desk will be on the left. Please register with the receptionist and a member of the Admitting staff will be with you as soon as possible. You will be personally escorted to the appropriate diagnostic area by one of our volunteers.
Pre-Operative Testing
From the Main/Emergency Entrance
Proceed through the Main Entrance lobby, past the elevators and to the end of the corridor. Turn left and immediately turn right. Proceed through the last door on the left of the long corridor to the Outpatient Surgery Waiting Room. Please register with our receptionist and a member of our Day Surgery admitting staff will be with you as soon as possible.
From the Outpatient Surgery Entrance (Recommended!)
Please use the entrance designated "Outpatient Surgery Entrance" off Parham Road. Follow this road around and toward the back of the hospital. Patients may be dropped off in front of the Outpatient Surgery entrance. Designated Outpatient parking will be to your right and down the hill across from the ramp.
To enter the Outpatient Surgery area, proceed toward the ramp and through the automatic doors marked "Outpatient Surgery Entrance". The Outpatient Surgery Waiting Room is through the first door on the right. Please register with our receptionist and a member of our Outpatient Surgery admitting staff will be with you as soon as possible.
Outpatient (Ambulatory) Surgery
From the Main/Emergency Entrance

From the Main Entrance
Enter through the double doors at the front of the hospital. Turn right at the hallway just past the information Desk. The entrance to the Cafeteria will be straight ahead and slightly to right.
From the Emergency Department
Proceed through the emergency waiting room and turn left at the hallway. Proceed down the long hallway to the intersection, turn left and immediately turn right (toward the main lobby). Turn left at the first hallway. Proceed to the end of the corridor past the phone bank and the cafeteria will be straight ahead and slightly to the right.
From the Outpatient Surgery Waiting Room
Exit the Outpatient Surgery Waiting Room and turn right. Proceed down the long hallway to the intersection, turn left and immediately turn right (toward the main lobby). Turn left at the first hallway. Proceed to the end of the corridor past the phone bank and the cafeteria will be straight ahead and slightly to the right.
Medical Office Building I (MOB I)
Enter the Henrico Doctors' Hospital-Parham Campus from Parham Road at the entrance designated "Outpatient Surgery Entrance". Follow the road around and behind the campus, turning left at the first driveway marked "MOB I and II". Medical Office Building I is the 2-story building straight ahead and to the right.
You may drop off passengers under the awning at the front of the building. Designated patient parking is in front of the medical office building.
Medical Office Building II (MOB II)
Enter the Henrico Doctors' Hospital-Parham Campus from Parham Road at the entrance designated "Outpatient Surgery Entrance". Follow the road around and behind the campus, turning left at the first driveway marked "MOB I and II". Medical Office Building II is the 3-story, brick and glass building on the left. There are two entrances. For your convenience, if you will be visiting Advanced Orthopaedic Centers, please use the West Entrance (the entrance closest to MOB I). If you are visiting any other office within MOB II, please use the East Entrance (the entrance farthest from MOB I).
Passengers may be dropped off in front of the appropriate entrance. Designated patient parking is in front of MOB II.
Medical Office Building III (MOB III)
Enter the Henrico Doctors' Hospital-Parham Campus from Parham Road at the entrance designated "Main/Emergency Entrance". Medical Office Building III is the 3-story building straight ahead and to the left.
Passengers may be dropped off in front of the building. Designated patient parking is located in front of Medical Office Building III.
